-added a new category called "top mods"
-moved "501stappo's mod" to "top mods", if you want your mod there, pm me and I'll consider it.
-new forum skin
-new collours for the group "administrators"
-new collours for the group "The Staff"
-new collours for the group "Moderators"
-new dafult skin
-hard to see, but a change in the background
-dissabled "tynt"
-it is now only 15 threads per page instead of 20
