instabans are in orange
If you get banned and think it's absolutely NO reason for that,
you can email me at commander501stappo@gmail.com
The admin or a staff will update the rules when I need, so you shall at least look at them every month.
instabans are in orange
- Do NOT double post
It is not allowed to doublepost in these forum, if you do it too many times, you'll get a warning. - NO sexual talk/websites
If anyone post a link or a pic or even talk about ANY sexual stuff you will get banned and NEVER come back.
I hope I don't need to explain why, cause it's obvious! - NO spamming
Spam is considered as:
1) meaningless posts like:
fsujekfbfhsjavbgkhjaszb
2) a reply to a topic which hasn't anything to do with the subject at all.
Action: The post will be deleted and the author will be warned when spammed too often. - NO swearing
All swears will be edited to this: "***", and if a user continues to swear in our forums, he will get a 30 days ban. - One account is enough
There is NO need to make new accounts, if you have a brother/sister or anything like that, who wants an account, pm me or a staff member and explain everything, because otherwise there will be two users sharing the same IP and that would be an insta-ban. - Do NOT bump topics
It is not allowed to bump topics over 30 days old, except if it is "stickied", if we want a stickied topic not to be posted in, it'll be locked.
It is also allowed to bump topics if you want to add usefull information. Usefull information os not posts like "Great work!". - The "Admin's/Staff's" word is law
If an admin/staff says something, it would wise to obey and not say anything against it, remember that we will not do anything if there's no reason for it. - NO religious discussion
Some people may find it touchy and feel like they're "outsiders", and we want people to feel welcome here. - Don't make threads in the "site updates" forum
Please don't make new threads in the site updates forum, if you don't like an update you can post it in the "feedback" forum.
However, you are allowed to reply in the threads. - Don't get offtopic after a staff member/admin has told you to stay on-topic.
Don't get offtopic again on the same thing after a staff member/admin has told you not to. If you do so, you'll get 5% warning. (you won't get a warning the first time you do it.) - NO warez or illegal software
It is NOT allowed to brake any real life rules, this includes:
-the US rules
-the Norwegian rules
-etc.
warez is illegally copied and uploaded on the internet games, music etc.
Keep in mind that warez and people who decided that Battlefront 2 isn't worth the money to buy and simply downloaded pirated software made Pandemic go BANCKUPT! (which is the reason for BF3 to be cancelled!) - No discussion about glitching
Here at our forums we consider ourselfes as players with honor, we DON'T like glichting, cause it's only people that can't face the other players in an honorable way. If we find out that you are a glitcher, you'll get a 30 days ban. - No, absolutely NO stealing of assets like models from other games or authors and claim it is yours.
Creating a model is one thing, texturing and making it export-ready is one completely different and much more difficult.
So, if you want to use a model, let's say from JK3 which has high-quality playermodels, contact the author and ask nicely if you could use it for your map/mod. If you don't get an answer, email the author and wait for at least one week for a reply, if you don't get any, you may use the model, but give proper credit. (This goes for every asset you use which isn't created by you)
If you want to use a model where the author stated in the ReadMe that you can do whatever you want with it (as it is with Warb_Null's awesome Empire at War models), you can do whatever you want, but give proper credit. - Use "hide" tags for large images
You get it, use "hide" tags on larg images or larg amount of "codes" or "quotes"

If you get banned and think it's absolutely NO reason for that,
you can email me at commander501stappo@gmail.com
